In this lecture, Mr. Jack introduced the concept of Tai Chi-Dowing through his background as a dancer trained in Cloud Gate Dance Company. And through his lead in the physical exercises, students were able to understand how the body is used in Tai Chi-Dowing. Meanwhile, He focused on the practice of “qi” in Tai Chi-Dowing through different ways of physical exercises such as improvisation, group work and games to allow students to feel the flow of “qi” in the body and space together.
